Clinical Psychology & Psychedelic Integration
Welcome
My name is Noémi. I'm trained in clinical psychology in the Netherlands. I work online with people everywhere, and in person in Ericeira, Cascais, and Lisbon. I work in both English and Hungarian.
I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and the relationship questions that don't come with easy answers. I also offer preparation and integration support for psychedelic experiences.
My approach starts with you, client-centered at its core. I draw on CBT and Schema Therapy alongside that, always shaped around where you actually are and what you need, at your own pace.
I believe real change happens when you feel truly met, not just managed or fixed.
Whatever brings you here, it belongs in this space, exactly as it is. I'd be glad to meet you and see if we're a good fit.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” Carl R. Rogers
Areas I Walk Alongside You In
Anxiety & Overwhelm
When your mind won't settle and ordinary things start to feel too heavy, that's worth taking seriously. We won't just look for ways to quiet it. We'll get curious about what it's protecting you from, together.
Depression & Mood
The heaviness that doesn't lift on its own deserves more than being pushed through. We'll slow down and understand what it's telling you, instead of just managing the symptoms.
Grief & Loss
Grief doesn't only come from losing someone. Sometimes it's letting go of a future you'd hoped for, or carrying a loss no one else quite recognizes. Whatever shape it takes for you, there's room for it here.
ADHD
Understanding how your mind actually works changes more than trying to force it into a shape it was never built for. We'll figure out what genuinely works for you, not what you've been told should.
Relationships & Identity
Staying or leaving, opening up or closing down, figuring out who you are and who you love. These questions rarely come with clean answers. We'll sit with the complexity together, at whatever pace feels right.
Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Before an experience in an altered state of mind, we build a steady foundation. Afterward, we make sense of what came up, so it becomes something you carry forward, not something left unprocessed.
Expat Life & Living Between Cultures
Belonging to two or more places and fully to neither is its own kind of disorientation. I know it from the inside, not just the textbook. We'll make sense of what's shifted in you since you left, and what "home" even means now.
About me
At 18 I moved abroad to study business. That decision started a life I didn't expect: years of building a home in places other than where I started, learning new languages, adapting again and again to new versions of myself.
Business wasn't it, though. Something in me knew before I did. I changed course and moved again, this time to study psychology, certain this would finally feel like coming home.
It didn't, not at first. I hit a wall of anxiety I couldn't explain, watching everyone else focus with an ease I couldn't find in myself. My own therapy gave me the answer: I have ADHD. The diagnosis mattered, but what changed me more was learning to meet my own mistakes with compassion instead of judgment.
Years of working with plant medicines, alongside ongoing therapy, deepened that lesson in ways talk therapy alone hadn't reached. Self-compassion stopped being something I understood in my head and became something I could feel in my body. That combination, sitting with expanded states of consciousness and doing the slower relational work of therapy, still shapes how I think about healing today.
What I believe, at the core of this work, is simple: you don't need to be fixed. You need to be truly understood. My work is to accept you exactly where you are, and walk alongside you at whatever pace you need.
Alongside that, I work practically. I draw on CBT and Schema Therapy, bringing in tools you can actually use in daily life.
I also prepare clients for psychedelic experiences, and support what comes after, helping it become something you carry forward rather than something left to sit unprocessed.

Photography
The photographs on this site were taken by my dear friend, Linde. When she's not behind a camera, she's making music as LNDE. Her music is just as magical as her photography.
